On Dec. 24th, 2009 our co-worker, friend, and sister Jan passed away after a year long battle with colon cancer. She has been an employee of Dr. Dan's for 25 years. For those of you who knew Jan consider yourself lucky!! There is a big void here in our office but as our friend always said " I will be fine." We will go on...... but will never forget HER!!!! Love,

We would like to welcome Dr. Sunwoong Steve Choi to our team. We are very excited to expand our team to include an oral surgeon for our patients who wish to stay in our office to meet all their dental needs. Dr.Choi is looking forward to serving the bakersfield community.
Welcome to Dr. Dan Launspach and Dr. Marshall Chey's children's dental office! Let us begin by introducing the new partnership, Launspach and Chey Pediatric Dentistry, and to welcome Dr. Marshall to our family and the beautiful Bakersfield community. Dr. Dan is a board certified dentist who has practiced in Bakersfield since 1983. Dr. Marshall is board eligible and is planning to receive his board certification by the end of this year; he has been practicing in Bakersfield 2010.
There are many things that set our office apart from the rest. Many of the experienced and well-qualified staff have been with our office since it opened over 20 years ago, as well as, many of our patients! This speaks volumes about the quality of our office. The familiarity of the children with our staff along with the jungle-themed office provides the most relaxing, comfortable, and fun environment for our children. Dan and Marshall are on staff at Memorial and Mercy hospitals of Bakersfield and can treat your child in the hospital in special cases.
